4-2-9: UNLAWFUL DISPOSAL OF TRASH, REFUSE:
It is unlawful for any person to dump or dispose of trash, debris, rubbish, garbage or refuse on any city property or on any property under the control and supervision of the city, except in areas that are designated by the city administrator for that purpose. (1983 Code § 8-108)
