4-2-8: OBNOXIOUS WEEDS PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for the owner, tenant or person in charge of a lot, tract or parcel of land, whether vacant or not, to permit an obnoxious growth of weeds, grass or other vegetation thereon. (1983 Code § 8-107)
