4-1-9: CREATING OR MAINTAINING NUISANCE UNLAWFUL:
It is unlawful for any person, including, but not limited to, any owner, lessee, or other person to create or maintain a nuisance within the city or to permit a nuisance to remain on premises under his control within the city. (1983 Code § 8-310)
