4-1-8: ABATEMENT BY SUIT IN DISTRICT COURT:
In cases where it is deemed impractical summarily to abate a nuisance, the city may bring suit in the district court of the county where the nuisance is located, as provided in 50 Oklahoma Statutes section 17. (1983 Code § 8-309)
