Any person, partnership, corporation or association, or officer, director, stockholder, owner or manager of any private club, who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs not to exceed the sum of $20. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
