(A) Minors not to be employed. No person under the age of 21 years of age shall be permitted to be employed in a beer tavern. In an establishment where non-intoxicating beverages is incidental to the main business of serving food (café, restaurant), no person under the age of 21 years of age shall be permitted to distribute, sell or serve such beverages.
(B) Minors not to loiter. No person under the age of 21 years of age shall be permitted to loiter about, shoot pool or engage in idle conversation on that part of the premises that is controlled by the management unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. One all entrances to beer taverns a sign of not less than 12 inches by 18 inches that reads “YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO ENTER” must be displayed.
