(A) Except as expressly provided herein, no curbs, fences or other structures shall be permitted on any gravesite within the said cemetery.
(B) All trees, shrubbery, flowers and grasses shall be planted, put out and cared for by the city and no other persons shall be authorized to so plant trees, shrubbery and grasses.
(C) All foundations for stones, burial crypts or mausoleums at gravesites must be constructed pursuant to the specifications of the city.
(D) Except as expressly provided herein, no marker or ornament shall protrude above ground level, except the headstone markers, burial crypts or mausoleums.
