§ 94.02 PERPETUAL CARE FUND; DONATIONS AND DEPOSITS; CUSTODIAN.
   (A)   Twelve and one-half percent of all money received from the sale of lots and internments in said cemetery shall be segregated and set aside as a permanent fund to as the “Perpetual Care Fund”, such fund to be invested as provided by the laws of the state.
   (B)   Donations, deposits or bequests may be made in trust for the special care of lots, monuments or mausoleums in said cemetery, and such funds shall be invested in like manner as the Perpetual Care Fund, but a separate account shall be kept of each amount so deposited, donated and bequested and shall be expended as specified by the donor.
   (C)   The City Treasurer is hereby made the custodian of the Perpetual Care Fund of the city.
