(A) This section shall be known and may be cited as “The City of Wetumka Inter-Tube Fishing Ordinance”.
(B) For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
TUBE FISHING. A floatation device approximately 20 inches in diameter, covered completely with canvas, with holes for each leg and harness straps for each shoulder.
TUBE FISHING CHARGE. The fee charged for tube fishing in the Wetumka Lake.
(C) There will be a $1 per day or $5 per year fee established for the purpose of tube fishing on the Wetumka Lake.
