§ 92.04 FAIR HOUSING BOARD.
   There is hereby created a Fair Housing Board of the city (hereinafter referred to as “Board”), composed of five members, to be appointed by the Mayor and City Council for terms of three years, excepting that of the members first appointed under this chapter, two shall be appointed for a term of one year and two shall be appointed for a term of two years and one shall be appointed for a term of three years.
