It is unlawful to deposit or allow same to remain in any place accessible to children or in front or side yards any abandoned, unattended or discarded refrigerator, ice box or other appliance for more than ten days. Doors will be removed from the refrigerator, ice box or appliance immediately upon placing the same outside.
