§ 71.01 GOLF CARTS AND UTILITY VEHICLES.
   Golf carts and utility vehicles, privately or publicly owned, may be operated on the streets of said city, under the following conditions.
   (A)   The vehicle must be approved and registered with a fee of $10 per year.
   (B)   The operator of the vehicle must be a licensed driver.
   (C)   The operator must provide proof of insurance.
   (D)   Operation shall be only during the official hours of sunrise to sunset.
   (E)   Operation must be only upon city-authorized streets.
   (F)   Golf carts and utility vehicles may operate on state highways only if making a perpendicular crossing of a state highway located within the boundaries of the city.
   (G)   All state, county and local laws and regulations shall govern the operation of golf carts and utility vehicles within the city limits.
   (H)   It shall remain illegal to operate ATVs and similar vehicles on the streets or alleys of the city.
