§ 50.05 UTILITY BOND FEE.
   (A)   The utility bond fee of the city, collected at $2.50 a month per utility customer, shall be reaffirmed and maintained.
   (B)   All actions heretofore taken by the city in connection with the implementation and maintenance of the utility bond fee, and all other aspects of the transaction, be and are hereby authorized, approved and ratified.
