§ 50.04 WATER AND ELECTRIC DEPOSIT FEE.
   (A)   This section shall be known and may be cited as “The Wetumka Utility Deposit of Rental Property Ordinance”.
   (B)   A deposit fee is established (for electric, $200; and for water, $50) for customers of the city that rent a dwelling or apartment. Total deposits are for electric and water: $250.
