§ 33.02 STREET ASSESSMENTS.
   (A)   Citation and codification. This section shall be known and may be cited as “City of Wetumka Street Assessment Ordinance”.
   (B)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      STREET ASSESSMENT. The tax levied against each utility account that is to be used strictly for city street repair or building.
      UTILITY ACCOUNT. The administrative measures that are used for the billing and payment for utility services within the limits of the city.
   (C)   Classification of utility accounts. In the event a utility customer shall be charged with the usage of electricity and water, only one assessment shall be levied per account.
   (D)   Purpose of revenue. The funds collected from this assessment shall be used for the sole purpose of street and alley repair and construction within the limits of the city.
   (E)   Revenue rates. There is hereby levied a rate of $3 upon each account for the purpose of this section.
   (F)   Payment of assessment. The city’s street assessment shall be due and payable with each utility account as prescribed by city ordinance.
