§ 36.03 RECORDS RELATED TO GRANTS.
   Unless otherwise restricted by the Oklahoma Open Records Act, all records related to any grant awarded to the city or the Wetumka Municipal Authority shall be permitted to be destroyed after the conclusion of five fiscal years following the fiscal year in which such record was created.
