§ 36.02 DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS.
   Unless otherwise restricted by the Oklahoma Open Records Act, all records of the city or the Wetumka Municipal Authority shall be permitted to be destroyed after the conclusion of the fiscal year following the fiscal year in which such record was created.
