(A) Authority. 11 O.S. Art. 20 provides that the governing body of a municipality shall, following each federal census, review and change the boundaries of wards with due regard to the equitable apportionment of the population.
(B) Status change. In order to reflect boundary changes necessary to comply with state law, the ward boundaries shall be as follows.
(1) Ward One shall include all areas within the limits of the city east of Main Street and North of Broadway Boulevard.
(2) Ward Two shall include all areas within the limits of the city west of Main Street and North of Broadway Boulevard.
(3) Ward Three shall include all areas within the limits of the city south of Broadway Boulevard with the east boundary being Alabama Street, south to Oklahoma State Highway 9, than east to Okmulgee Street and south to the city limit.
(4) Ward Four shall include that area south of Broadway Boulevard, with the west boundary being Alabama Street, south to Oklahoma State Highway 9, east to Okmulgee Street and south to the city limit.
