A. All new construction and substantial improvements in areas of special flood hazard shall be adequately anchored to prevent flotation, collapse or lateral movement of the structure resulting from hydrodynamic and hydrostatic loads, including the effects of buoyancy.
B. All manufactured homes in areas of special flood hazard shall meet the anchoring standards of section 10-1-32 of this chapter. (Ord. 99-02, 7-6-1999)
