When the city base flood elevations either increase or decrease resulting from physical changes affecting flooding conditions, as soon as practicable, but not later than six (6) months after the date such information becomes available, the city will submit the technical or scientific data to FEMA. Such submissions are useful so that upon confirmation of the physical changes affecting flooding conditions, risk premium rates and floodplain management requirements will be based upon current data.
