10-1-18: STOP WORK ORDERS:

The Local Flood Plain Administrator shall issue, or cause to be issued, a stop work for any flood plain development found noncompliant with the provisions of this Chapter or conditions of the development permit and all development found ongoing without a flood plain development permit. Disregard of a stop work shall subject the violator to the penalties described in Section 10-1-6 of this Chapter or any other lawful remedy available to the City. (Ord. 99-02, 7-6-1999)
