10-1-16: ALTERATION OF WATERCOURSES:

A. Must notify all adjacent communities, Nevada's National Flood Insurance Program Coordinator, Nevada Division of Water Resources and submittal of evidence of such notification to the Federal Insurance Administration, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

B. Determine that the permit holder has provided for maintenance within the altered or relocated portion of said watercourse so that the flood carrying capacity is not diminished. (Ord. 99-02, 7-6-1999)
