10-1-11: DESIGNATION OF THE LOCAL FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR:
The building official for the city is hereby appointed local floodplain administrator to administer and implement this local code granting or denying floodplain development permits in accordance with its provisions. (Ord. 99-02, 7-6-1999)
