A record investigation subject may request and receive a copy of his/her criminal history record information from the police department or appropriate city department, except as otherwise provided by law. Should the record investigation subject seek to amend or correct his/her record, he/she must comply with the requirements of Nevada Revised Statutes chapter 179A. (Ord. 2009-02, 2-3-2009)
