An applicant, volunteer or other person seeking to engage in an activity or status requiring a fingerprint based background investigation by any city code or resolution of the city council, shall submit, if required, two (2) sets of his/her fingerprints taken by the Elko County sheriff's department or the West Wendover police department to be delivered to the requesting officer of the city or the police department of the city.
