1-23-4: ENABLING STATE LAW:
Nevada Revised Statutes 239B.010(1)(a) authorizes the city to request and receive from the FBI information on the background and personal history of an individual who has applied to it for a license as required by any statute or local ordinance. (Ord. 2009-02, 2-3-2009)
