No lot, yard, parking or loading area, building area or other space, nor any part thereof, hereinafter required about or in connection with any building shall be included as part of a yard, area or space required for any other building nor shall any yard or lot existing on the effective date hereof be reduced in dimension or area below the minimum requirements hereinafter set forth.
