8-1-2: INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:
In its interpretation and application, the provisions of this Title shall be held to be minimum requirements, shall be liberally construed in favor of the City and shall not be deemed a limitation or repeal of any other power granted by the Nevada Revised Statutes. (Ord. 91-9, 6-4-1991)
