7-9-16: ISSUANCE OF PERMIT:
The issuance of a permit based upon plans and specifications does not preclude the agency for enforcement from thereafter:
   A.   Requiring the holder of the permit to correct any errors in the plans and specifications; or
   B.   Preventing occupancy of the mobile home park if the agency finds that the park has been constructed in violation of NAC 461A.010 to 461A.300, inclusive. (Ord. 2000-06, 10-3-2000)
