A. The latest edition of the international building code (IBC), as issued by the International Code Council, after formal approval by resolution by the city council, shall govern with regard to the subject matter thereof, all building, construction or improvements after the city council has approved the latest edition of said codes.
B. The electrical, building, mechanical and plumbing standards, regulations and codes shall be deemed in all respects to be controlled by the international building code (IBC). (Ord. 2005-07, 12-20-2005)
