A. Notices To Customers: Notices from the City to a customer will normally be given in writing and either delivered or mailed to him at his last known address. Where conditions warrant and in emergencies, the City may resort to notification either by telephone or messenger. (Ord. 91-40, 1-7-1992)
B. Notices From Customers: Notice from the customer to the City may be given by him or his authorized representative in writing at the City's operating office or to the Public Works Director. (Ord. 94-10, 12-6-1994)
