A. Service Charges:
1. Monthly Minimum Service Charge: The minimum service charge for all services shall be fixed by the Council from time to time and shall be set forth in a resolution, copies of which shall be maintained at the office of the City Clerk.
2. Charges For Water Services: The charge for services and water used within the City shall be fixed from time to time by resolutions of the Council.
3. Service Outside The Boundaries Of City: For water and service furnished to each premises outside the City boundaries, a monthly charge shall be in such amount as the Council shall from time to time in its sole discretion set by resolution. This action shall not be construed as imposing any obligation on the Council to provide water or service outside the boundaries of the City.
B. Connection Charges: The connection charges shall be fixed by the City Council from time to time and shall be as set forth in a resolution. (Ord. 91-40, 1-7-1992; amd. 1993 Code)
