4-2-1: DISTURBING THE PEACE:

Every person who shall maliciously or wilfully disturb the peace or quiet of any neighborhood or person or family by disorderly conduct including, but not limited to, loud or unusual noises or by tumultuous and offensive conduct or by challenging to fight or fighting, shall have committed an unlawful act. (Ord. 91-36, 11-19-1991)
