4-1-8: OPEN BURNING 1 :
It shall be unlawful for any person to kindle, ignite or burn in the open, in any yard or lot or in any street or alley any rubbish, trash, refuse or other material, whereby, or by reason of which, smoke shall result to the annoyance of any inhabitant. (Ord. 91-35, 11-19-1991)
