3-3-6: COLLECTION OF TAX FROM LESSEE:
Each licensee is, and shall be, required to add the amount of the transient lodging tax on the amount of the room or space rentals due from each lessee. The amount of the tax shall be displayed separately from the price of the room or space rent on the registration card or other record of the licensee. (Ord. 04-05, 12-7-2004)
