A. Except as provided in WWCC Title 5 Chapter 1, any person convicted of any violation of this City Code or any City ordinance, whether codified or not, which violation is a misdemeanor under State law is also hereby deemed to be a misdemeanor within the City wherever the City has prohibited the same conduct and not otherwise provided, which does not otherwise provide a specific penalty, shall be punished by the imposition of a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by a sentence of confinement in the City or County jail not to exceed six (6) months, or both such fine and confinement.
B. Except as provided in WWCC Title 5 Chapter 1, in all cases where a corporation is convicted of a violation of this City Code or any City ordinance for the commission of which the natural person would be punishable and there is no other punishment prescribed by this City Code or any City ordinance violated, such corporation shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). C. Except as provided in WWCC Title 5 Chapter 1, the City hereby imposes civil liability up to an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) on all persons violating the City Code or any City ordinance for any violation which is not also a misdemeanor pursuant to State or City law.
