§ 34.69  TRASH UTILITY FUND.
   The Trash Utility Fund shall be established to deposit revenue for the purpose of the Fund. Expenses from such Fund should be directly related to the operation of the trash utility. Expenditures for city and town operating costs should not be paid from the Trash Utility Fund.
