§ 34.67  WATER WORKS CONSUMER DEPOSIT FUND.
   The Water Works Consumer Deposit Fund shall be established to deposit revenue for the purpose of the Fund. Expenses from such Fund should be directly related to the operation of the water works utility. Expenditures for town operating costs should not be paid from the water works utility funds.
