§ 34.63  LOCAL ROAD AND STREET (LR&S) FUND.
   This Fund shall be used for expenses incurred in the construction, reconstruction, or maintenance of local road and streets in town. Local road and street account distributions must be budgeted and appropriated prior to expenditure in the same manner as property tax revenues.
