§ 34.62  TIF FUND.
   This Fund shall be used to finance infrastructure or capital improvements that are in, serve, or benefit the area to be developed. I.C. 36-7-14-12.2 permits collecting revenue. I.C. 36-7-14-39 permits the use of the Fund.
