§ 31.53  ADOPTION OF ROBERT’S RULES OF ORDER, REVISED.
   The rules of parliamentary practice comprised in the published edition of Robert’s Rules of Order, newly revised Eleventh Edition, shall govern the Council in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with the ordinances of the town including these rules, or the statutes of the state.
