§ 151.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CLOSE RELATIVE. A grandmother, grand- father, mother, father, son, daughter, brother or sister of the owner or owners, or any of them, of the tract of land or lot on which the mobile home is located.
   DEPENDENT MOBILE HOME. A mobile home which does not possess a toilet, sink, bath or shower facilities.
   INDEPENDENT MOBILE HOME. A mobile home which has a self-contained toilet, sink and bath or shower facilities.
   MOBILE HOME. Any vehicle, including the equipment sold as a part of a vehicle, which is so constructed as to permit it being used as a conveyance upon public streets or highways by either self-propelled or not self-propelled means, which is designed, constructed or reconstructed, or added to by means of an enclosed addition or room in the manner as will permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling for one or more persons, which is both used and occupied as a dwelling having no foundation other than wheels, jacks, skirting or other temporary supports.
   MOBILE HOME PARK. An area of land upon which two or more mobile homes are harbored for the purpose of being occupied either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and shall include any building, structure, vehicle or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the equipment of the mobile home park.
   OWNER-OCCUPANT. A natural person, who at the time of the effective date of this chapter:
      (1)   Owns an independent mobile home;
      (2)   Owns the tract of land or lot on which the mobile home is located; and
      (3)   Occupies the mobile home as a single- family residence. No person shall be considered to be an owner-occupant unless at the time of the effective date of this chapter he or she owns and has title to both:
         (a)   An independent mobile home;
         (b)   The tract of land or lot on which the mobile home is located; and
         (c)   Occupies the mobile home as a single-family residence; provided, however, that the ownership of an independent mobile home by a close relative shall be considered the same as the ownership thereof by the owner of the tract of land or lot on which the mobile home is located and shall meet the requirement of division (1) above; and that the occupancy of the mobile home as a residence by a close relative shall be considered the same as the occupancy thereof by the owner of the tract of land or lot on which the mobile home is located and shall meet the requirements of division (3) above.
   PARTIALLY DEPENDENT MOBILE HOME. A mobile home which possesses a toilet and sink but does not possess a bath or shower facilities.
   TRAVEL TRAILER. A vehicular portable structure built on a chassis, designed to be used as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreation and vacation uses, factory equipped for the road. TRAVEL TRAILER also means a camper-type trailer which is designed for use on a truck.
