§ 150.03  SCOPE.
   All buildings or portions thereof with the town which are determined after inspection by the Town Council to be unsafe as defined in this chapter and/or the referenced state statute are hereby declared to be public nuisances and shall by abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition or removal.
