§ 130.01  FIRING FIREARMS WITHIN THE TOWN.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      FIREARM. Any weapon which is capable of, or designed to, or which may readily be converted to, expelling projectiles with deadly force by means of an explosion.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful and in violation of this section for any person or persons to fire, or cause to fire, a firearm as defined within the town limits unless used to protect life/self defense.
