§ 111.03  LICENSE.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation desiring to operate a taxicab shall obtain a license from the Clerk-Treasurer of the town by paying the sum of $10 for each taxicab.
   (B)   The term of this license shall be for one year from the date of issuance.
   (C)   No license shall be issued for any person under 21 years of age.
