§ 110.42  REVOCATION.
   The Town Council may revoke any license issued under the provisions of this subchapter upon complaint being made that the carnival, exhibit, show or any exhibit thereof, is being operated in an indecent or improper manner, in violation of state or federal law or of the provisions of this subchapter.
