(A) Any person desiring to operate a carnival, show, circus, operative performance or other exhibition in the town, shall submit application for a license to the Clerk-Treasurer containing the information as the Clerk-Treasurer may desire.
(B) The applicant shall agree to hold the town free and harmless from any liability to any person on account of injuries or damages incurring from operation of the carnival and shall further agree to reimburse the town for any expenses incurred by the town in connection with the carnival.
