(A) All licenses issued under this provision of this subchapter shall expire at 12:00 p.m. on December 31 of each year.
(B) A license may be renewed by obtaining the order of the Town Council, and paying the license fee provided under this subchapter.
(C) The license may be transferred on the order of the Town Council, to a qualified applicant, on the application of the original licensee and the transferee, by endorsement made thereon by the holder thereof, in the presence of the Clerk-Treasurer, together with a certificate from the Clerk-Treasurer of the order for transfer, and the license may be transferred from one place to another on the application of the licensee, upon the order of Town Council, and the endorsement of a certificate of the transfer on the license by the Clerk-Treasurer.
