(A) Upon the issuance of the order by the Town Council, the applicant shall pay to the Clerk- Treasurer, the sum of $5 for each and every pool or billiard table kept or maintained for sports, or games and the sum of $5 for each and every card table, kept or maintained for sport or playing of cards, and the sum of $10 for each and every bowling alley kept or maintained, the license fee shall entitle the applicant to a license for a period of one year upon the paying to the Clerk-Treasurer the fee, the Clerk-Treasurer shall issue the applicant a license, signed by the Clerk-Treasurer, authorizing the keeping and maintaining of the tables, alleys, machines, devices and places for the playing of sports and games, as provided herein, which license shall state the name of the applicant and of the corporate manager in case of a corporation, the place covered by the license and the time for which the license is granted.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer shall keep a record of all licenses, renewals and transfers issued under this subchapter, and of the date of the expiration thereof.
