(A) Any person, co-partnership or corporation desiring license under this subchapter, or any renewal or transfer thereof, shall file with the Town Council, an application in writing duly signed and sworn to by the individual applicant, all the members of a co-partnership applicant, and, in case of a corporation, by the President, Secretary or Treasurer, and also the designated manager.
(B) The application shall truly and correctly state the name or names of all applicants, their ages and qualifications as required by this subchapter, that the applicant is the actual and sole owner and in exclusive control of the place effected by the license, or place which the applicant desires to keep or maintain under this subchapter.
(C) The application shall be heard and determined by the Town Council, and if the Town Council shall find that the applicant for a license, is entitled thereto, the Town Council shall grant the applicant an order authorizing the issuance of a license, upon the payment of the license fee.
